Tatjana und Leonid Schick are natives of the USSR and studied at the
Music Academy as well as the College of Music at Lvov (Lemberg). During their
training they had already come together as duo pianists; numerous concerts
within the USSR yielded increasing appreciation on the part of audiences and
critics. Following their emigration to Germany Tatjana and Leonid Schick
belonged to various chamber music ensembles. Through performances at music
festivals in Germany and abroad, as well as in several radio programs, the
pianists were able to make a name for themselves. Their repertory includes
all the significant works from the literature for two pianos as well as for
piano four hands. |
